34.  Choice D is the correct answer.  Wegner's is a vasculitis that can cause lung nodules and hemoptysis as well as nose bleeds.  Superior vena cava syndrome is caused by impingement of the superior vena cava usually by a mass.  Pancoast syndrome is pain caused in the ulnar distribution of the upper extremity due to a tumor in the superior pulmonary sulcus impinging on that nerve.  Pulmonary emboli can be formed because cancer causes a hypercoagulable state and leads to venous thrombi and pulmonary emboli.
